Experience unparalleled comfort and style in a setting that’s as inspiring as it is relaxing. *Extra fee for HEATED POOL The space There is a ton of space for your friends and family to spread out in this custom build 3250+ sq ft home. It’s 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two kitchens, two living rooms, and a game room. Outside the private pool and multiple expansive decks invite you to bask in the sun and enjoy the sound of ocean waves, while a boardwalk directly in front of the home leads straight to the sand offering easy access to the beach. The pool and balconies are perfectly positioned to be in the shade in the afternoons, so after a long day at the beach, coming to relax by the pool is the perfect way to unwind, get a break from the sun, and maybe enjoy an adult beverage. This home is in a phenomenal location in a tranquil neighborhood right next to Cinnamon Shore, a charming coastal development with great restaurants and a lively town square that has free live music on the weekends. It sits on a large 1/2-acre lot, which is very rare for Port A, so when you’re outside enjoying the ocean breeze, you don’t feel like your neighbors are right on top of you. If you rent golf cart, it’s easy to get into the center of town or to Cinnamon Shore; you just take your golf cart over our boardwalk to the beach. Once at the beach take a left if you want to go in town, which is about a 10 minute ride along the beach, or take a right to get to Cinnamon Shore just a few minutes up. Top-of-the-Line Amenities include: - Large private heated pool, most pools in Port A are only small plunge pools (extra fee to heat the pool, $200 for first day and then $100 for each additional day) - Built-in propane BBQ grill - Pool Table - Fire pit - Cornhole - Full sized outdoor bed swing (amazing place for afternoon naps!) - Sonus sound system throughout the house - Large 75” 4k TV with Direct TV app - High end teak patio furniture with sun loungers - Hammock - X-Box 360 - Beach Towels - Beach chairs and beach wagon - Pro-style, high end, kitchen appliances - Whirpool jet tub in master bath - Fast Wi-Fi (150+ mbps) You enter the home on the 1st floor into an inviting foyer. On the 1st floor is: 3 bedrooms, 2 full sized baths, a full size kitchen (this is the secondary kitchen in the home), and secondary living room. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, and a full sized en-suite bathroom. Bedroom #4 is a small room for one person with a single twin bed. Bedroom #5 is a large room with a loft and en-suite bathroom that has a king bed and full daybed. (Please note the picture of the loft with a king bed that shows how close the A/C unit is to the bed, so air blows right on to the sleeping area, could be a plus for some, but may not be a good fit for everyone) The laundry room is also located on the 1st floor. The second floor of the home offers stunning ocean views and is where the primary kitchen, living room, dinning area and game room are located. There is also a half bath on this floor. The kitchen is decked out with high end appliances such as a 36” Italian gas range and is fully stocked with everything a chef would need to make a gourmet meal. The game room has a pool table, and bar with beverage fridges. There is also a huge covered deck with outdoor dinning table. The third floor of the home is where the master suite (Bedroom #1) and bunk room (Bedroom #2) are located, so two total bedrooms and one bathroom on this floor. The master suite is huge with a dedicated workspace, private balcony, and TV. It has a king bed with a luxury Beautyrest mattress and high-end 100% cotton sheets. The master bath has a grand stand-up shower with double shower heads, large jet tub, double vanities and a toilet closet with a bidet. Just outside the master bedroom is a sitting area, and kids bunk room. The bunk room has 2 full sized beds and one twin. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, community boardwalk and community ponds. Guests do not have access to the garage. Other things to note - The HEATED POOL*, if requested, cost an EXTRA $200 for the first day then $100 for each additional day. It runs from 9:00AM to 7:00PM. Takes 3-4 hours to heat to 90 degrees which is warm, but not hot. Pool can only be heated October through April. It is heated by propane, which is what makes the costs to heat the pool so high. - We provide a log in to the DirectTV app for local channels. Other apps like Netflix, Hulu, ect that you can use your own accounts to log in with. - The loft in the 5th bedroom where the king bed is located has low ceilings (approximately 5.5’) and has a mini-spit AC unit that blows right onto the king bed. If you like cold air blowing on you it could be a plus for some, but may not suit everyone. - We provide enough consumables and toiletries for a typical weekend stay, if you are staying longer or think you may need more of these items, please bring extra for your trip. Here is what we provide: 1 bag of ground Starbucks coffee for our drip coffee maker, coffee filters, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, salt/pepper, cooking oil, cleaning spray, dish soap, laundry detergent for 2-3 loads, full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
