After permanent residence, now available for vacation rental. This amazing accommodation is no less than 100 square meters in size. A bright living room with large dining table, kitchen, oak floor, wood stove, underfloor heating and a double sofa bed. There are two cool bedrooms with king size bed. The master bedroom has a bed of 220 cm long. The private garden on the southwest has a dining table and igloo greenhouse, where you can sit comfortably (even in the evening). Unobstructed view. The space My children have lived in this part of the farm. Private carport, 2 cars in a row. Through the door you enter your private garden on the west. The room has an open kitchen, a sofa bed and armchair. Large dining table with eight chairs. The master bedroom has a box spring with excellent mattresses. The other bedroom also has a large bed, electrically adjustable. It is not built as a vacation home but has a lot of extra charm. The location and the view are unique. In all directions, large nature reserves are within cycling distance. World Heritage Veenhuizen is only 11 km away. Roden, Leek, Norg, Bakkeveen, and Appelscha are charming places within cycling distance. The city of Groningen is easily accessible from here (even by public transportation). Furthermore, a day on the island (Ameland, Borkum or Schiermonnikoog) is easy to do. Also a day of mudflat walking or sea fishing was done by my guests. A walk from your vacation home to the Schans, along Schansduinen Oost is fantastic. I bet you won't meet a soul, but you can discover a large colony of sand bees, a badger castle and the old hollow road to the Schans. Guest access On the south side is a unique sandpit/play pit with slide. On the lawn, my small children sometimes play with the tents, and sometimes I sit under the porch. Behind the house is a large concrete slab, where you can go-kart, cycle and skate. In the woodshed, everything is under the roof. In the garden, there is a large trampoline and a children's playhouse. Children are allowed to play with everything. Do put things back, and it is at your own risk. Other things to note Your stay is therefore a free part of a farm, which is not in operation. There are only horses. My daughters and a son-in-law often come horseback riding on Sundays. My grandchildren then play together with me. The toy is a bit old, and sometimes tires need to be inflated and so on. But it is a true playground paradise on my large farmyard and everything can be used.
