Other things to note Things to Consider When Visiting Bali: Bali is a tropical island in development, and there are a few things to keep in mind during your stay: 1. Stray Animals: Bali has a large number of stray dogs and cats, so be aware that they may be around the island. You may hear them barking or meowing around the villa, as well as roosters, birds, and other animals in the area. 2. Wildlife: As a tropical destination, Bali is home to diverse wildlife. Occasionally, creatures like spiders, ants, lizards, small snakes, other insects, and sometimes even monkeys may find their way into the villa. If this happens, please let us know, and we will take care of it. Gekkos are also common in Balinese homes. These creatures are considered sacred and are a symbol of good luck. They are natural insect hunters, so if you hear them, don’t be alarmed—they are simply doing their job of protecting the house. 3. Mosquitoes: Mosquitoes are common in tropical areas, and we provide mosquito nets and UV lights for your comfort. We recommend avoiding outdoor activities at dusk and dawn, when dengue-carrying mosquitoes are most active. If you plan to be outdoors during these times, please use mosquito repellent, which can be found at local shops. 4. Noise: Bali is currently undergoing significant development, so you may experience noise from construction or traffic, including trucks, cars, and motorcycles. Bali is a popular destination for young holidaymakers, so you might hear music or party noise from nearby areas. However, please note that parties are not permitted within our villas. We cannot take responsibility for noise coming from outside our property, as we do not control the activities of others. 5. Security: All of our villas are equipped with outdoor CCTV cameras, and we have a designated security guard monitoring the property. When leaving the villa for sightseeing or beach outings, we recommend storing your valuables inside the villa and ensuring all doors and windows are securely locked. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen property during your stay. If you encounter any of the issues mentioned above, please don’t hesitate to contact our team directly. We will do our best to resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible. Terima Kasih Banyak, and we look forward to welcoming you soon! 🙏🏼 **Villa Batu is a very calm and relaxed group of 8 Lumbungs that surrounds the pool area. Everything you need at your door step.
