The kitchen is Completely equipped; microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, all dishes, pots & pans, knives, and all necessary tools. 2 Full bathrooms; one upstairs & one downstairs. 100 mbs Wifi works throughout up and downstairs. TV with Roku. Separate downstairs Office or 3rd bedroom; with desk & work bench. Discounts available for full-week or monthly stays. Great for long-term stays. Guest access Everything is accessible except for one closet in the front upstairs bedroom which is locked and contains owners property. Please make sure any young children are safe in light of the stairway and the Jotul Gas stove/fireplace. There are two adjustable gates available for blocking the stairway. Office has a desk with chair and a 24" x 48" folding work bench; also can be used with Queen Airbed. Some basic office supplies in the desk drawers. Nice Fenced Back yard with patio, table & chairs, gas BBQ, Fire pit. Other things to note Park in our driveway. Do not park in the garage. You are welcome to store anything in the garage and to use the bikes at your own risk. Helmets and bike locks are in the garage. There are beach towels located in the closet in the office area. Jotul Stove/Fireplace; Instructions are located in the Happy Trails Townhouse Binder - Make sure to READ the Instructions prior to using it and in order to work in conjunction with the Forced Air Heating and Air Conditioning systems. The Jotul is also a potential safety hazard for children for which Guests are responsible.
