Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, available in every area of the house, including the two bedrooms and the living room. Remember to turn it off when not in use or when opening windows. Let's do our part for the environment by correctly separating and disposing of waste. Upon your arrival, you'll receive the keys for waste disposal. In case of loss, a fee of €15 will be deducted from the security deposit. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, as smoke detectors are installed for your safety. Due to allergies, no pets are allowed. Please respect your neighbors by refraining from hosting parties and events or playing loud music. Here are the additional points to consider: According to Italian law, minors (even if possessing identification documents) cannot stay in accommodation facilities unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Upon your arrival, we will request a copy of the identification document from all guests staying in the house, including infants, to fulfill legal requirements and communicate effectively with the relevant authorities. From April 1st to October 31st, the Municipality of Albenga imposes a tourist tax of €1 per person per day (for ages 12 and above), up to a maximum of 5 days. From the sixth day onwards, this tax is no longer applicable. We will collect this tax and provide you with a proper receipt.
