Tent in Mšeno

Do you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city to nature? Relax, slow down, have a campfire, take a trip around the area or just relax in a hammock? Our place is perfect for that. This is not a luxury hotel, but a more comfortable camping in a quiet and private place with amenities that will ensure a comfortable stay in nature. The accommodation is located in the village of Skramouš, only 3 km from the town of Mšena, which is the gateway to Kokořínsko. You can also plan your trip to us by train or bus. The space Enjoy a night close to nature, in a quiet and private location, an evening campfire, an outdoor shower, and star gazing at night. THE IMPORTANT tent is not in Mšeno, but in the village of Skramouš, 3km from Mšeno. ！️ WEEKEND 📌📌 BOOKING is possible only Friday to Sunday, if only one day of the weekend is available, it is possible to book only one night, valid in the month of June, July, August📌 From Skramouš to Mšeno it is 3 km, by car 4 minutes, and about 20 minutes on foot. There is also a train connection to Skramouš on weekends and during the summer holidays. You will be alone in the meadow, only under the property in close proximity there is a land where the neighbor has a garden with vegetables and a few beehives, sometimes they commute to the property for inspection, but you will not be disturbed from it. There is another accommodation (tiny house) about 200m from the tent. However, both grounds have privacy and their facilities. There is a field above the meadow where the tractor occasionally runs. The land is fenced and we are happy to welcome dogs, beware of small breeds like chihuahua can escape through the fence. You can comfortably drive to the property and park there for free. The tent can be booked for up to 5 people. AMENITIES The tent is equipped with bedding, towels, a large double bed, a sofa bed, and a fold-out mattress when visiting 5 people. Card and board games included. Ample fresh drinking water provided, I replenish barrels with drinking water during a longer stay. The land has solar lighting, inside the tent there is a flashlight, a headlamp, and a portable lantern. I recommend bringing your own power bank. KITCHEN There is an outdoor kitchen on the property with a gas cooker. The kitchen is equipped to make it comfortable to cook. There are basic dishes, spices, tea, coffee. equipment needed for grilling, also bins for sorted and organic waste. NO fridge available. GARDEN The backyard has a fire pit, seating area and hammock. BBQ For the barbecue, there is a trivet with a grate that stands above the fire pit. Fire wood provided BATHROOM The property has an outdoor solar shower with fresh water + additional water that can be refilled to the shower. Soap available as well. WC The toilet is dry separation. ❗️THINGS TO KNOW ❗️ Staying with dogs - bring your own bed or blanket, dog on the bed OR couch. If this rule is not followed, we will be forced to stay with dogs.. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO INVITE NO VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY. FURTHER, THERE IS A FINE IF THERE WILL BE MORE PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTY THAN STATED IN THE RESERVATION. NO PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS AND LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED. IF YOU PLAN TO BEHAVE NOISY, MAKE MESSES AND DISTURB THE PEACE IN NATURE, PLEASE BOOK YOUR STAY ELSEWHERE. The land is located in a quiet and private place, but it is not a complete solitude and a secluded place, you can meet a tractor, a neighbor in the next garden or someone from the village walking a dog. The land is without electricity (fridge) running hot water and flush toilet. I recommend packing warm clothes, a powerbank, waterproof shoes and a jacket in case of rain. Other things to note The host is required by law to keep a house and record book. By requesting a reservation, the guest approves that they will provide information such as name, address, and foreigners add an extra travel document number and date of birth to the prepared form. Our place does not have wifi, but it makes up for the quiet and nice nature that is around, I believe you will enjoy your stay, for example, during fire and social games. Please note that the accommodation is located in a tent in a meadow, it is a “hotel” in the open air in nature, so it is possible to encounter small insects, such as mosquito, bee, or ants. It can be colder at night, warm clothes will come in handy, in case of rain, even a waterproof jacket.
