Glamping in the depths of Skramouš (Mšeno)

Do you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city to nature? Relax, slow down, have a campfire, take a trip around the area or just relax in a hammock? Our place is perfect for that. This is not a luxury hotel, but a more comfortable camping in a quiet and private place with amenities that will ensure a comfortable stay in nature. The accommodation is located in the village of Skramouš, only 3 km from the town of Mšena, which is the gateway to Kokořínsko. You can also plan your trip to us by train or bus. The space Enjoy a night close to nature, in a quiet and private place, by the evening, in an outdoor shower and while stargazing at night. IMPORTANT the tent is not in the town of Mšeno, but in the village of Skramouš, 3km from Mšeno. ‼️ From Skramouš to Mšeno it is 3 km, 4 minutes by car, and about 20 minutes on foot. On weekends and during the summer holidays, there is also a train connection to Skramouše. You will be alone in the meadow alone, only below the property in close proximity there is a property where the neighbor has a garden with vegetables and a few beehives, he sometimes commutes to the property to check, but you will not be disturbed by him. There is another accommodation (tiny house) about 200m from the tent. However, both properties have privacy and their own facilities. Above the meadow there is a field where a tractor sometimes drives. The property is fenced and we are happy to welcome dogs, beware small breeds such as chihuahuas can escape through the fence. The property can be easily reached by car and there is free parking. The tent can be booked for up to 5 people. AMENITIES The tent is equipped with bed linen, towels, a large double bed, a sofa bed and, when 5 people are visiting, a folding mattress. Card and board games included. Plenty of fresh drinking water is provided, I refill the drinking water barrels during a longer stay. The property has solar lighting, inside the tent there is lighting for flashlights, a headlamp; a portable lantern. I recommend bringing your own power bank. KITCHEN There is an outdoor kitchen with a gas stove on the property. The kitchen is equipped to make cooking comfortable. Basic utensils, spices, tea, coffee are available. Equipment needed for grilling, also baskets for sorted and organic waste. Refrigerator is NOT available. GARDEN There is a fireplace, seating and a hammock in the garden. GRILLING A tripod with a grate is ready for grilling, which is placed above the fireplace. Firewood provided BATHROOM There is an outdoor solar shower with fresh water + additional water that can be added to the shower. Soap is also available. toilet The toilet is a dry separation toilet. ❗️IMPORTANT INFORMATION ❗️ Stay with dogs - bring your own bed or blanket, the dog is NOT ALLOWED on the bed or on the couch. If this rule is not followed, we will be forced to ban stays with dogs. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO INVITE NON-PAYING VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY. THERE IS ALSOME RISK OF A FINE IF THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTY THAN STATED IN THE RESERVATION. NO PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS, OR LOUD MUSIC. IF YOU PLAN TO BE NOISY, MAKE A MESS AND DISTURB THE PEACE IN NATURE, PLEASE BOOK YOUR STAY ELSEWHERE. The property is located in a quiet and private place, but it is not a complete solitude and remote place, you can meet a tractor, a neighbor in the next garden or someone from the village walking a dog. The property is without electricity (refrigerator), running hot water and a flush toilet. I recommend packing warm clothes, a power bank, waterproof boots and a jacket in case of rain. Other things to note Although our accommodation does not have wifi, it is compensated by the quiet and beautiful nature that is around, I believe that you will enjoy your stay, for example, by the fire and playing board games. Please note that the accommodation is in a tent in a meadow, it is a kind of "hotel" in the open air in nature, so it is possible to meet small insects, such as a mosquito, a bee or an ant. It can be cooler at night, warm clothes will be useful, and in case of rain, a waterproof jacket.
