Location: In Causeway Bay, on Jaffe Road, close to Causeway bay MTR exit C, just 2 min walk to SOGO shopping mall and a few min walk to Hysan Place and Fashion Walk with plenty of restaurants and places to shop About the studio: it is a 150 Sq ft net unit, with elevator, doorman and access code to enter the building and the flat. The space About the studio unit: features a double sized bed ( 4ft by 6ft), comfy mattress, built in wardrobe and a desk and chair as well as a smart tv with Netflix. The bedroom comes with bedsheets , quilt , quilt cover, pillow and fresh towels so you don’t have to buy them. The bathroom has a separate toilet from the shower. This is an individual studio unit with a private toilet and shower. There is also mini kitchenette for light cooking with basic cooking utensils and hot plate and kettle for preparing tea. We provide plates , cutlery , hair dryer for your comfy stay :) Has access to washing machine in the corridor and shared only with unit 106 ! Guest access There is a passcode to enter the building. Passcode to enter the studio flat. Passcode to enter the studio unit. You will be provided all the necessary access after booking confirmation! Other things to note Extension of stay past check out time ( 11 am ) , is subject to availability and needs to be agreed upon in advance If past 2 pm a full day will be charged ! For bookings longer than 2 months we require 1 month security deposit. We will keep the deposit and refund utility bills at the end of your stay. If you shorten your original stay for any reason , you will forfeit your security deposit. Electricity and gas charges are divided equally by 2 studios ( applicable to monthly stays ) Please note we request our guests to provide form of ID after booking confirmation in compliance with Hong Kong immigration laws.
