The space Kindly be informed that our homestay adheres to Muslim-friendly practices; therefore, alcohol, pork and dogs/pets are strictly not permitted on the premises. The use of kitchen items and the BBQ grill for cooking pork is strictly prohibited. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated. —————————————————————— Please note that we no longer allow any large events such as weddings, engagements, aqiqah, etc. to be held at the property. Installation or setup of any canopy at the car porch or around the house is strictly not allowed. This is due to recurring traffic and parking issues, particularly when invited guests park along the roadside or block neighbouring car porches. However, we may consider small gatherings such as birthdays, bachelorette parties, or tea ceremonies, provided that they involve only guests staying at the house/are within the approved guest capacity. —————————————————————— The house consists of a private pool & park, BBQ pit, living hall, dry & wet kitchen, 6 bathrooms, and 6 rooms with 8 queen-size beds, 6 single-size beds & 1 foldable floor mattress. The room arrangement comfortably accommodates a total of 31 adults and 8 children, according to the following layout: Level G [Total 2 adults + 1 small kids] • Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (comfortably fits 2 adults + 1 small kid) Level 1 [Total 18 adults + 3 small kids] • Bedroom 2 (lake view): 2 queen-size beds & 10 single-size foldable mattress (comfortably fits 14 adults + 2 small kids) • Bedroom 3 (carporch view): 1 queen-size bed & 2 single-size beds (comfortably fits 4 adults + 1 small kid) Level 2 [Total 11 adults + 4 small kids] • Bedroom 4 (lake view): 2 queen-size beds (comfortably fits 4 adults + 2 small kids) • Bedroom 5 (carporch view) 2 queen-size beds & 1 single-size bed (comfortably fits 5 adults + 2 small kids) • Bedroom 6 (near laundry yard): 2 single-size beds (comfortably fits 2 adults) —————————————————————— The carporch can accommodate up to 6 cars (refer car arrangement in the picture). For additional cars, you may park on the roadside, but please do not park inside another house’s carporch or in front of/blocking their carporch, even if the house appears empty. —————————————————————— Towels are available for use during your stay (total 21 pieces). Kindly place all used towels in the laundry area on level 2 (red basket), or you can leave them in the room. Towels are not allowed to be taken home. Guest access Throughout your stay, the entire house is exclusively yours and your family’s/friend’s to savor and enjoy. Other things to note Please do not throw the toilet tissue paper or any other objects into the toilet bowl, as it may cause clogging. Each toilet is equipped with a dustbin for disposing of rubbish. Smoking/vaping/shisha is not allowed inside the house. Please smoke outside, at the veranda or balcony. Please be advised that swimming is at your own risk. We kindly ask that you take care and be mindful of safety precautions while enjoying the pool. Lastly, while enjoying your stay at the house, just a friendly reminder to keep the noise down, especially at night. Have a great time while being mindful of others around us.
