Fun for the entire family at our spacious beach house. The house is located 50m from Fistral Beach, one England's most popular family and surfing beaches. Enjoy breath-taking views and sunsets right from your bedroom or the upstairs living room. The property benefits from a spacious private front and rear garden for children to play and run around. The rear garden patio and lawn area is completely enclosed giving you privacy and making it an ideal place for children and dogs to play. The space Downstairs there are two double bedrooms with beautiful views of Fistral Beach. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. You will also find a utility room with washing machine, bathroom (containing toilet, sink and shower) and spacious kitchen/ dining area opening onto a sunny south facing patio and lawn. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom and two single bedrooms, a bathroom (containing toilet, sink, shower and bath), and a living room with a spectacular view over Fistral beach. The back garden is fully enclosed and has a heated outdoor shower. The front drive has space for two or three vehicles as well as an electric charging point which can be used for an additional fee. Other things to note Electric mountain bikes are available for hire. Also, we can offer a special discount of any eFoil lessons by E-Foil Cornwall.
