Once a functional storeroom - now a rustic, scenic cabin. This is the place to stay if you are looking for a unique, off-the-beaten path travel experience. The storeroom was sustainably converted in 2023-24, constructed from locally sourced wood and sea stones. It was designed to enjoy the beautiful views and breeze of the Caribbean Sea. Relax on the wraparound porch. Glance at the night sky while bathing in the indoor/outdoor shower. This cabin embodies a roots-rock-reggae Jamaican vibe. The space Little Bay, Jamaica, approximately 30 minutes from Negril in one direction, and Savanna-La-Mar in the other, is a fishing village with vibes often reminiscent of Jamaica from the 1970s. Once home to Bob Marley, it features a bay protected by coral reefs, which creates an incredible bio-diverse habitat. The area is secluded and surrounded by a lot of untouched nature. The cabin is located on the family property- the main house has been in the family for over 70 years, and spans 4 generations. This is perfect for a couple, friends, or a small family looking for an off-the-beaten path, nature friendly Jamaican experience. The cabin offers direct views and access to the Caribbean Sea. It is fully outfitted and spacious with therapeutic mattress, hammock seats, and soft, eco-friendly bedding. It is staged with good vibes, comfort, and luxury in mind. The kitchen is located in the main house. We do offer fresh cooked/made-to-order meals (breakfast, lunch and/or dinner). Ordering ahead is recommended. Other things to note We can arrange pick up and drop off to and from the airports or any other location for you, or you rent a car from whichever airport you fly in to (there are two on the island) if you want to explore a little. The Sangster's International Airport in Montego Bay is the closest to us. You'll see family on the property, (they stay in the main house): mom, niece, and nephew, with the occasional person(s) if there's work happening on the property. Please note there is also a yurt that is located on the other side of the property which is private. There are outdoor-only dogs on property - feel free to pet them, but please do not let them into the cabin. We have the occasional bonfires on the beach, and we will let you know if/when there is one. Feel free to request one! Tours can be arranged as there are multiple places of interest in the area including, but not limited to: - Bob Marley's property where he once had a beautiful house. Unfortunately, it was destroyed by hurricane but still a beautiful vibe to stand on the grounds. - The Bat Caves - Weed farm tours One very important thing to know is that the property's main house was once home to Bob Marley himself. Yes! The great legend himself lived with my mom, grandma, and grandpa for a short time. The room he stayed in is still there so make sure to ask to see it when you're there.
