107 is a grade 2 listed building in Odiham in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. It is 2mins walking distance to the historical High street where you have all the shops & restaurants you will need. The cottage itself is situated in the Bury near the church offering a quieter experience. We have onsite parking for two small cars and a secured garage with a four cycle bike rack. M3 5 mins We do also have a travel cot and high chair if needed, please request this. The space Please note: As this is a beautiful Grade II listed cottage, it retains many of its original period features and character. One feature to be aware of is a low beam in the master bedroom, so taller guests should take extra care. The bathroom and WC are located on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are upstairs, which may be worth considering for guests with limited mobility or those who prefer an upstairs bathroom. The stairs are very steep, please take care. The driveway to the cottage also serves as a communal footpath for the neighbouring cottages. While the private parking space is exclusively for this cottage, you may occasionally see residents or visitors walking past to access their properties.
