This pleasant vacation home, on a fenced plot of 750 m2, is located in a very quiet environment close to Lake Samatan, ideal for vacations with family or friends. 30 minutes from Auch, the prefecture of Gers and less than an hour from Toulouse, you can enjoy a perfect geographical location to discover Gascony, its bastides, its gastronomy (Duck, Floc, Armagnac...) You will find good local products at the Samatan market, the city of foie gras. The space This recent single-storey house is composed of a large bright living room, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, 3 bedrooms with closets (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90, 2 bunk beds 90), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet. Baby equipment: baby bed and high chair. Outside, you will enjoy a semi-covered terrace for meals with garden furniture, barbecue. Towels and sheets NOT PROVIDED Other things to note The house is located in a small, very quiet subdivision close to the village where you will find all amenities: bakery, butcher shop, supermarket, gourmet restaurant, doctors, pharmacy, etc... In Samatan, you can also enjoy the following amenities: pumptrack, children's games, walk around the lake, health course, apparatus, zip line, beach volleyball court. Two municipal swimming pools are nearby: one in Lombez and the other in Samatan (within 1 km). Numerous bike tours and hikes on site. Please remember to bring your own linens (sheets, duvet cover, towels, etc.) Duvets and pillows (65 x 65) are at your disposal.
