Located only 5 min from the airport, this cozy/clean, & spacious smoke-free room offers the perfect balance of comfort & accessibility as you explore New York’s capital. You’ll also b just a short drive from some wonderful destinations-only 30 min to Saratoga & about an hour to the breathtaking Adirondack Mountains—perfect for a little adventure or a scenic day trip. The space You’ll enjoy your own spacious, private bedroom, complete with plenty of outlets to keep all your devices charged and ready. Unwind with a large TV and access to WiFi streaming for your favorite shows and movies. The home is nestled in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood—perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I can accommodate 1–2 guests (shared bathroom, with a additional $50 fee for a second guest). A second bed is available as a plush, raised (20”) full-size air mattress that can be set up right in the bedroom for added comfort. For the safety and comfort of all guests, preference is given to Airbnb members with completed profiles, verified identification, and positive reviews from previous hosts. I'm super flexible with check in/out! When the water hasn’t been used overnight, it may take a few minutes for the hot water to fully heat up the first time you turn it on. Conveniently located within a 10–12 minute walk, you'll find a variety of dining McDonald's, Subway, Korner Bar & Grill, Bruegger's Bagels, Wendy's, La Familia Restaurant, JC's Central Deli, Farmers Indian Market, and the major grocery store Market 32.
