The building has a terrace with a pool and ample space to relax with incredible views of the city. The garage is at an additional cost and subject to availability. It has a beautiful view from the balcony, in a lively area of Nueva Córdoba, close to restaurants, bars, theaters and museums. The space The apartment has a double bedroom with a 1.60 x 2 meter queen size bed, with double pillow, smart pillows and Silent Air air conditioning for a perfect rest. The second bedroom features two single sommier beds, Silent Air air conditioning and a smart TV with Disney+. In the living room there is another air conditioner for optimal air conditioning, another Smart TV with Disney+ and a sofa bed with a very comfortable trundle bed. It has a full bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. All windows have blackout curtains to darken the rooms. Regarding the location, it is strategically located, close to downtown and key points, such as the historic center, Paseo del Buen Pastor, Capuchin Church, Shopping Patio Olmos, Libertador San Martin Theater, etc. This neighborhood comes alive at night and the bars and restaurants are filled with people looking for chats with friends and good music to spend nice leisure moments. Other things to note *Our check-in time is from 3 pm onwards. It should be clarified that from Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm the keys must be picked up by our office that is near the Building. After 6:30 pm, keys are removed from a key safe with a code. On Saturdays and holidays, they are taken directly from the key safe. *We always provide one large towel and one hand towel per guest per stay (stays of 7 days or less). For stays longer than 7 days, extra towels are provided. *If you need a baby crib, it has an additional cost of US$5 per night. *The apartment is in a busy area of Nueva Córdoba, close to bars, restaurants and pubs, so noise cannot be excluded. *The pool is 5 meters long by 3 meters wide and is enabled from November to March.
