The space Divided into two separate buildings, the home is centered around a pristine pool and outdoor patio, providing the ultimate oasis for relaxation and fun. On one side of the pool, you'll find the primary bedroom with direct access to the pool, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a convenient kitchenette, a cozy sitting room with a large smart TV, and a desk for any necessary work or planning. On the other side of the pool, the second building features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom and an additional room with a comfortable sofa sleeper and desk. With three shaded patios to choose from, you can kick back and unwind in the warm sun or enjoy alfresco dining with your loved ones. And of course, the pool is the perfect spot to cool off after a day at the beach or playing pickleball. The house has gated parking, Starlink internet and full house water filtration.
