Enclosed with circular doors, it can be closed off from the interior… and it can also be opened to the exterior, creating a convertible balcony. The very definition of versatile, whether it's rain or shine you can sit at the round table and enjoy the view of Saint-Ambroise church, or sink into the deep blue velvet sofa for some R&R after a busy day exploring Paris. KITCHEN The kitchen forms the final piece of the large open-plan living space, forming an L-shape around the living room. A teak splashback, countertop and set of shelves bring warmth to the clean white cabinetry, while bouts of green from myriad houseplants inject dollops of colour and charm. BEDROOMS Fronting onto the apartment’s ‘conventional’ balcony, the principal bedroom is vibrant and charming, with differing shades of blue making themselves known throughout the room. Next door, the single bedroom is white, bright and sure to delight kids, with toys, books and colourful posters adorning the space. BATHROOM The bathroom is a study in sleek refinement, boasting elegant white tiles surrounding a bath with overhead shower, toilet and double wash basin. WE LOVE The unique ‘convertible balcony’, providing guests with the option to dine al fresco or indoors – all in the same room. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** This apartment is located on the fifth floor and can be accessed by a lift. Please note, refurbishment work is currently taking place at the neighbouring building, so be aware of potential noise intrusion. Portable air-conditioning unit is available in this property, keep in mind an exhaust tube needs to be placed out the window, leaving these slightly open during use. The kitchen is equipped with most key amenities, however it does not have a coffee machine. Please note the washing machine is concealed behind a cabinet door in the kitchen. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival.
