Come stay and relax in our fully air-conditioned villa with 4 beautiful bedrooms with closets, 2 bathrooms, unheated swimming pool and secured by a fence, 5-seater hot tub, covered terrace. Other things to note The pool is accessible from April 1 to October 31 each year (dates may change depending on the weather). The swimming pool is in winter mode from November 1st to March 31st approximately depending on the weather. The pool is secured by a fence with double security gate. The hot tub will be functional year-round. Please note that the villa is in a very quiet subdivision, parties, birthdays or others are prohibited (shouting, loud singing, very loud music...). Please note that if damage is made and found after your stay by our cleaning team, you will be charged for it. Before each entry into the villa, you will have an inventory sheet sent. Pets are allowed during the stay, but are not allowed to get on the furniture, sofa, cushions, swim in the hot tub or in the pool. You'll also be asked to pick up the droppings in the garden. If we find any damage, you will be charged. The villa is equipped with an alarm with detector and camera. It sends us an alert and a photo if there is an intrusion, so when the alarm sounds. This is only set when the villa is not rented. The cleaning fee covers general cleaning, washing, drying and ironing of sheets/towels, making beds, washing floors, windows and inventory.
