This is our daughter's bedroom (2nd floor) who moved to France. Appropriate for a female student at UC Berkeley. We have two other guests staying 1st floor. This room is on the same floor as our family bedrooms,sharing our bathroom -which is quite large and bright- and quarter bath with a little sink on that floor. Our kids are 15 and 18 and are usually quiet. The room has a closet, a desk and a full size bed. The kitchen is downstairs. Easy access to buses to Berkeley University. Other things to note The house is fitted with a security system which includes security cameras outside the house and on front porch.
