It's the perfect choice for those seeking fun and relaxation! The space The house is equipped with a Smart TV and a sound system, as well as good-speed internet. You can also have access to a great tennis court and barbecue to enjoy with friends! Guest access You will have the entire area of the house reserved and privatized for your group. You will also have access to the beach area reserved for residents of the Condominium. Other things to note The house offers a team of employees on 8-hour shifts, starting at 8:15 a.m. and leaving at 4:45 p.m. Overtime hours can be arranged and paid separately. We have our own lease agreement template that must be signed by the time of check-in. By confirming a reservation, you agree to these terms. When the Portal does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it to you. The most important House Rules are: * Law of Silence from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. * Social visits are allowed, limited from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with up to 6 people at the same time on the property * A list with full names + document number (RG or CPF) is required up to 10 days before check-in * Only listed guests may stay overnight * The type of use accepted is strictly residential * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Internal building or condominium regulations must be fully respected * Check-ins / check-outs outside normal hours (before 8 am or after 8 pm) are subject to availability and compensation of R$60 in cash is due to the staff member doing the service too early or too late, per event * Included cleaning (check-in and check-out) covers reasonable use, excesses will be charged * Violations of the rules will be penalized by the full amount of the security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fine, and may result in eviction without the right to reimbursement.
