From the deep green staircase whose hollow steps teeter above the sofa to the salmon pink kitchen, this 11th arrondissement apartment is brimming with colourful charisma and enchanting energy. LIVING & DINING AREA The thriving hub of the home, this space just oozes a fun-loving energy. Punctuated by the vibrant green colour splashed across both the staircase and the bookcase next to it, the space in between is drenched in light from the three full-size windows. A plush L-shaped sofa sits against the green wall, a perfect spot to lie down to watch the large TV. Nearby, a timber dining table for six offers the perfect haven for entertainment. KITCHEN The perfect balance of form and function, this kitchen utilises its U-shape to maximise available space while its timber countertops, sleek white cabinetry and pink accents provide the aesthetic heavy lifting. Boasting plentiful amenities including a coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher, this kitchen will leave you impressed. BEDROOMS Climb the iconic green staircase and reach the two bedrooms, one on each side of the landing. On the right you’ll find the principal bedroom, a haven of white with a cosy double bed sitting under a plethora of shelves. The second bedroom begins with a large L-shaped desk; round the corner and you’ll find a trundle bed that can convert to a queen. BATHROOM The bathroom can be found opposite the dining table and is yet another burst of colour: hues of peach and terra cotta play with neutral whites. In here you’ll find a walk-in shower, a wash basin and a washing machine. There is also a separate WC for convenience. WE LOVE The vibrant living room, anchored by the green wall and bookcase that extends to the staircase that makes such a statement. Please note: renovation works are currently taking place in the building next door, which may cause some daytime noise. The apartment is located on the second floor with no lift access. Please note a cat usually lives there. The washing machine is located in the bathroom. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing. Other things to note No smoking, no parties! Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. Veeve reserves the right to refuse a booking if it thinks the property may be used for a party. Please be aware, once a booking is confirmed you will be required to complete a Rental Agreement, as well as ID verification via our partners Truvi. This is mandatory for all of our stays.
