The apartment has a balcony and is located in a quiet location. Nevertheless, a grocery store, butcher, bakery, ATM and bus stop are only 3-4 minutes' walk away. The bus takes you to Interlaken Ost train station in 6 minutes. Lake Brienz is just an 8-minute walk away. Although the apartment is renovated and well insulated, it can get warm in summer from direct sunlight. Fans are available and the skylights can be opened at night to cool the apartment. As this is a wooden house, steps or water noises from the lower apartment can occasionally be heard. We want considerate guests, as everyday noises are sometimes perceptible.
