We have our living room closet and a laundry area cabinet that we keep locked for supplies. Other things to note Guest will be required to sign a renter's agreement. The agreement will be sent via email and SMS upon booking under Five Star Vacation Home Rentals. Please check your spam if it's not in your inbox. Guests who have zero reviews will be required to settle a $300 security deposit, this will be held and released 5 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit. This will come from Five Star Vacation Home Rentals, LLC. We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful.
