Master of Minimalism The space Brimming with natural light, oozing effortless minimalism and all the while remaining calm and comfortable, this incredible three-bedroom apartment is a sight to behold. And if that’s not enough – its location in the sought-after 17th arrondissement is a mere stone’s throw from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées beyond. LIVING & DINING AREA Wide, long and replete with contemporary charisma, this living area is a space you won’t want to leave. The pièce de resistance is undoubtedly the outstanding, floor-to-ceiling, bespoke shelving system, complete with sculpture displays, cabinets and a cubby for the TV. Plush soft furnishings gather around it, as well as a chic coffee table and footstool. Across the room, an expansive glass dining table reposes under four pendant lights, where eight guests can dine comfortably. KITCHEN Bedecked almost all in black, from the cabinetry to the countertops, the kitchen is a force to be reckoned with. With its entirely handleless functional design and emphasis on smooth edges, this space is the epitome of sleekness. BEDROOMS The principal bedroom is singularly impressive in its size: centred on a king-sized bed, there’s still plenty of space to spare. Illuminated gorgeously by full-size Parisian windows, this is the perfect haven for relaxation. The second bedroom is similarly illuminated, the sun streaming in to light up the double bed and adjoining desk. The final bedroom features a single trundle bed, which can be converted into two singles. BATHROOMS The primary bathroom impresses immediately upon entry: all in grey marble, it’s both monolithic and monochromatic. In here you’ll find a walk-in shower, a toilet and a wash basin, while the en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a double wash basin. There is also a separate WC in the apartment. WE LOVE A home that has a true sense of positivity and calm – from the crisp, white interior to the warm parquet floors, guests are in for an uplifting stay. Please note the piano in the apartment is not available for use during your stay. The apartment is located on the first floor and can be accessed by a lift. Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
