A Tranquil Oasis The space In the middle of the lively, energetic hive of activity that is the 11th arrondissement sits this quiet, elegant one-bedroom apartment. Facing a serene courtyard away from the din of the bustle, enjoy the gentle breeze coming through the balcony doors or head outside to explore the nearby sights, like Place de la Bastille and Place des Vosges. LIVING & DINING AREA Upon entering the open-plan living room, you'll be struck at just how spacious this home is. Large and airy, it’s filled with modern furnishings placed with a tasteful eye: a large chic sofa is the perfect spot for some R&R or a movie, and the gorgeous oval teak dining table stuns in its simplicity. Access the terrace from here, where you’ll be greeted by a grove of greenery, both from the balcony itself and the surrounding trees in the courtyard. KITCHEN The open-plan approach extends to the wide-open kitchen, an oasis of modern flair. Ultra-contemporary in shades of black and white, this space is replete in both storage and countertops – making it a chef de cuisine’s dream. BEDROOM Like the living room, the bedroom is bright, quiet and boasts views of greenery from the vibrant trees outside. Climb into the double bed for a restful night’s sleep, or work up a sweat on the exercise machine. The sofa in the living room can also be converted to a double bed. BATHROOM The en-suite bathroom continues the thoroughly modern theme of black and white, boasting an imposing, black-tiled walk-in shower with a rainfall attachment and a chic wash basin. There is a separate WC located in the entryway of the apartment. WE LOVE The quietness of the apartment despite its location, thanks to the gorgeously green courtyard that the apartment faces. The apartment is located on the second floor and can be accessed by a lift. The washer dryer is located in the bathroom. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing. Other things to note No smoking, no parties! Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. Veeve reserves the right to refuse a booking if it thinks the property may be used for a party.
