The space This house has 1 floor. - On the ground floor, the dining area can open onto the terrace and a functional kitchen with all the necessary equipment, namely: stove (3 burners), dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, Nespresso, kettle, toaster. - The adult room (double bed of 140*19) will offer you calm and freshness on the ground floor. - The bathroom with shower and separate toilet for more privacy. - The TV lounge, quiet on the veranda, provides a sunny relaxation area. Upstairs: - The children's room (double bed 140*190 + single bed 90*90) opens onto a beautiful terrace overlooking La Clape and the sea. - On the mezzanine, the 2 bunk beds (90*90) will allow you to accommodate children while offering them a space of their own. - Additional toilets will facilitate the nightlife of the residents of the floor. At your disposal you will find the necessary products: oil, salt, pepper, toilet paper... Guest access You can use all parts of the accommodation that are open. The outdoor cabinet (behind the lockbox) is not accessible to you. The medicine cabinet above the 2nd floor toilet is not accessible to you.
