Guesthouse in Smithville

Cozy accommodation nestled in the woods at the end of a quiet country street. Nice porch offers view of the woods. Inside there is a downstairs bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable loft with a double mattress (perfect space for children). The space The downstairs of the cottage has a small living room/kitchen area, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. The loft area has lower ceilings and is an ideal spot for children. There are toys and books set up there, as well as a full mattress. Guest access Guests may use the cottage area. There is a parking spot right next to the cottage, a small porch in front, and a little fenced garden area. Other things to note We have two large dogs living on the property and many neighbors have dogs. You'll hear some barking, both during the day and some at night. Plus, since this is a rural area, you'll likely hear birds, including chickens & roosters, occasional yipping of coyotes in the distance (the barking dogs prevent them from coming closer), and other sounds of the woods at night.
