Lumberjack Lodge

Welcome to Lumberjack Lodge. Our hidden cabin just 10minutes drive from the southern motorway in a rural setting with native bush surrounding. Enjoy the peace and quiet with the whole family or two at this peaceful place to stay with views out to Awhitu Peninsula. Access will be through foot and parking will be located in a private place. This is a working farm with our animals around the hilly paddocks that you will meet as you walk approx. 200m through the farm to the cabin. The space Two cabins available for more than 4 people stay. - Main cabin has a bunk bed with a double + single, a fold out couch with a double bed. - Second cabin has two bunk beds with double beds at the bottom and a single on the top. Please let us know if you are wanting any additional guests as we can provide stretchers in the main room for an additional 2 guests. (Max of 12) - Water access and toilet - Only shower is a solar heated outdoor pouch - Electricity (Generator) - Outdoor grill cabin for cooking - Benchtop with kettle for hot water - Cutlery, plates Guest access There are some private native bushes you are able to access for walks. Please note these are very steep terrain. Other things to note We keep the cleaning costs minimal and in return expect that you do your own cleaning. The beds have an underlay and pillow but the rest of your bedding is also recommended and your towels.
