This one bedroom studio apartment is close to Currumbin beach and rock pools. This space has private access from the main house & is the ground level of our family home. Our family home is situated above where we & our 2 young boys live. Pls be aware that there is noise at times mostly very early mornings & bedtime - but we are respectful of your stay and will do the best we can to minimise this!! It is not unavoidable however! ✨ you’ll see them around playing! The space Our family lives upstairs and we are very friendly & helpful. We are a young married couple with two lively boys that love adventure. ***Please be aware that there is noise at times mostly very early mornings & bedtime - but we are very respectful of your stay and will do the best we can to minimise this!! It is NOT unavoidable- however no guest has ever complained about the noise! We are up early and early to bed so this is when you will hear some footprints and general noise, playing, getting ready etc. But again we are respectful of your time here and will minimise as much we can! Open and spacious living for 2 people with 1 dining space, lounge area and bed nook. it has a great little kitchen to cook your favourite meals or close to many restaurants for a close yummy takeout option. This is a private space that is connected to our main house upstairs where we live with our two children - it has its own private access to the apartment via a small outdoor area. ** this is NOT A PARTY SPACE to drink up or have loud late nights in or have people over. If you do so you will be asked to leave. Guest access Guest will have access to a key at the property without personal assistance. A Pin will be supplied at booking to let yourself in. Other things to note Please note - this is not a party space and is the ground floor of our family home, we welcome quiet adventurous guests that are up early and early to bed!
