Welcome The space 🏡 Bjørkehaugen consists of two floors, each forming a separate apartment. The upper floor is newly renovated. Each apartment has its own entrance, making it ideal for two families or friends who want to share the house while having some privacy. The house is secluded with views of Åfjorden and Lifjellet. 🌼 Description of the upper floor: 🚪 Hallway: This area provides access to the basement and also has entrances to the bathroom and Bedroom 1. There is a sliding-door wardrobe and a coat rack, as well as a small storage room. 🛋️ Open-plan living room and kitchen: This room features an open layout with large windows facing the sea and access to a terrace. There is also a door leading to Bedroom 2. The sofa is a sofa bed, providing two additional sleeping places. 🛏️ Bedroom 1: This room has two single beds that can be placed together or apart. 🛏️ Bedroom 2: This room has a family bunk bed. 🫧 Bathroom: Newly renovated bathroom. There is underfloor heating in all rooms. 🌼 Description of the lower floor: The lower floor was renovated in 2022. 📚 Living room: The living room has underfloor heating, a wood stove, and a sofa bed (double bed). 🛏️ Bedroom 3: Bedroom with two single beds arranged as a double bed and a wardrobe. There are duvets and pillows for 4 people. 🍋 Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stovetop, oven, and extractor fan. You'll find most kitchen utensils, dishes, and cookware here. 🫧 Partially renovated bathroom with a shower cabin. 🤝 Additional amenities: - Access to a washing machine in the laundry room. - Outdoor table with 4 chairs and a fire pit. - Indoor storage room for clothes and equipment. 🛍️ Shops in the vicinity: The house is located in a small village with a 24-hour local grocery store, Landhandleri, 1.5 km away. In Hyllestad, 15 minutes away, there is a Spar supermarket. For a larger selection, there are various shops in Dale, 40 minutes away. Førde, 1 hour and 20 minutes away, has most types of shops. Other things to note Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels unless otherwise agreed. There is no cleaning fee included in the price. Therefore, guests are required to clean up after themselves.
