Each suite is unique and offers its own charm. All suites are located in the same building, making it easy to accommodate large groups or multiple stays. Other Things to Note: Free Private Parking: We have a large parking lot on the side of the property. Entry: Depending on which room you choose, you can enter from either the side, back, or front door. All locks are equipped with an electronic keypad that you can access 24 hours a day. Your unique passcode for all exterior doors and your private room will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your arrival. We supply a map of the property highlighting your room location which is sent to you with your door code. Internet/Cable: High-speed internet is included in your stay. Spectrum cable with local news channels is also available. Each private room has a Smart TV, and there is a large flat-screen TV for movies in the shared living/dining room. Kitchen: A kitchenette on the first floor offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. It also has a side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator with ice for everyone’s use. Additionally, there are two other coffee stations tucked away throughout the home. Bathroom: We provide luxury bath towels, designated makeup cloths, a blow dryer, can liners, an ironing board and iron, and premium quality toilet paper. Breakfast: We offer a breakfast option, including yogurt, granola, oatmeal, toast, English muffins, bagels, cereal, milk, coffee, and tea. On Saturdays and Sundays, we expand the spread to include fruit, muffins, donuts, and Danish pastries, along with a hot breakfast featuring options like French toast or eggs with sausage or hash browns, and your choice of apple or orange juice. Explore The Area Within minutes of our location is the East Harbor State Park, which has a beautiful beach area with public restrooms, parking walking paths and lots of nature and animals to enjoy including ducks, geese, deer, rabbits, and an abundance of Eagles and birds. Within walking distance is Erie social where you can enjoy a game of shuffleboard or cornhole and they typically have bands on Fridays and Saturdays across the street. You will find canoe club known for their wine selection and Woodfire oven pizzas.
