Cosy room in city-centre + cat

Double bedroom with a desk in a quiet home in the city-centre of Dublin on a tucked away road. Sharing the house with me and my cat Frank. Right next to Croke Park; 15 minute walk from both the DART and Luas lines. Next to what some claim is the best French bakery in Dublin :) LGBTQ friendly! The space Lovely little terraced house on a safe and quiet road. Clean and comfortable, with character and charm. the space is bright and warm, with lots of plants and a little back patio that's a suntrap. I have a cat - Frank. He can be shy but is gentle, affectionate, and loves to play. You don't have to love him, but please do not book if you dislike cats! Please note that Frank may scratch on your door at night 😬 Guest access Double bedroom with a comfortable bed and a desk. The bathroom has an electric shower and is shared with me. Clean sheets, bedding and towels provided, as well as Wifi, coffee and tea. Please note there is no lock on the bedroom door. During your stay I live here so would be in and out as normal. I work in the living room about three days/week. Other things to note This is a city-centre address and some of the surrounding neighborhoods can be a little gritty. Happy to discuss small discounts for solo travellers.
