The place is a 3-min walk from the beach! :) Each bathhouse can accommodate 2 pax or 3 pax (with an additional mattress). The place is 8-10 min drive away from the surfing area. That said, here are a few things to keep in mind to set the right expectations: Before Booking Check-In Time: Check-in is available until 6:00 PM. If you plan to arrive later than this, we kindly ask you to reconsider booking to avoid any inconvenience. Early Check-In: If you’re planning to arrive earlier than 12:00 NN, an early check-in fee applies. Please note that early check-ins are subject to availability, as we need time to thoroughly clean and prepare the room after each guest. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated. Mode of Transportation: Let us know if you’re arriving by private car or commuting. Private vehicles are preferred for easier access, but if you’re commuting, please be aware that we cannot provide assistance with transportation to or from Manila (or your starting point). Power Outages Please note that we do not have a generator. In the event of an unscheduled power interruption, we kindly ask for your understanding. For scheduled interruptions, we’ll notify you in advance and may need to cancel your booking. Setting Realistic Expectations This is a home, not a hotel, so you’ll find a cozy, lived-in atmosphere rather than five-star luxury. While we’ve done our best to ensure your comfort, there’s no full-time staff or polished hotel amenities here. Instead, you’ll experience an authentic, warm, and welcoming environment—a chance to live like a local and enjoy the charm of the area. If you’re looking for something unique and homey rather than the standard hotel experience, we’d be delighted to host you! Thank you for your understanding—we’re looking forward to having you as our guest. Other things to note - Now with wi-fi - Check in time: latest 6pm only. No check in during night time as we also prioritize everyone's safety. - Check out time: latest 12nn as we need to clean the room for next guest - No kitchen but guests are allowed to bring portable gasolito, for those who want to cook outdoors - Tents can be rented (at a separate cost and if the weather permits) - Host can lend outdoor grill, rice cooker, power bank, toys/books for kids. Please message in advance if you need anything so that host can prepare. :)
