Relax with the family at our 2 bedroom retreat in the Ribble Valley. (Plus double sofa bed). Enjoy breathtaking views overlooking reservoirs and countryside. Outside decking/seating area. 10 minutes walk to local village Longridge with various bars/restaurants. Perfect for families and for walkers a great base for the Ribble Valley! Children’s park, indoor swimming pool (additional charge), crazy golf/arcade. Entertainment. WiFi/Firestick. Automated messages will be sent prior to check in. The space Definitely one of the best located caravans on Beacon Fell View Holiday Park with unobscured views. Children will love watching the wildlife and animals in the fields below. At night the views for parents are beautiful too ! Ideally suited to a maximum of 4 adults , or a family of 5 if including children. No group stays. Main bedroom has large double bed , it can also accommodate room for a travel cot also (bring own). Own toilet and wash facilities. Second room , two single beds. Double sofa bed in living room. Fully functional kitchen. WiFI /Fire Stick Smart TV Speaker system Main bathroom with toilet and shower, with ensuite to main bedroom. Games supplied. * all bedding and towels supplied* Please bring own swimming towels and toiletries. Guest access The site is having development works carried out so you may have to come in at a different gate if site instruct. Full use of caravan and holiday park amenities. Please note swimming pool amenities is run by campsite and they reserve the right to charge for entry. Entertainment is not always provided in the club house so please be aware this is not guaranteed as part of your booking . Please note only 2 cars allowed to park at caravan. Other things to note Minimum stay 2 nights. To ensure your stay is pleasurable and to ensure neighbours are happy, there are some little rules. No Raves, Groups or parties. No loud music past 11pm. No smoking or vaping inside caravan. No smoking cannabis on decking please. No loud music , or loud conversations outside into the early hours. Please keep your dog on a lead at all times around site. Please only use towels allocated to you , one per person. Please bring own towels for swimming. Club entertainment and activities are at the discretion of site management , not myself , so cannot be guaranteed. Reservoir in view does not have facility for fishing or water sports. Please do not use bleach that in the van as that’s for the cleaner only. If you have any spillages please clean immediately with carpet and upholstery cleaner ( under sink). There is a plastic mat in the bottom drawer for use with takeaway foods to avoid stains and damage. Please dispose of all waste in the communal bins provided and please don’t leave waste on decking as this will attract wildlife. PLEASE RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS AT ALL TIMES.
