Relax Home is a newly furnished two-room apartment, surrounded by greenery within the "Parco delle Villette" residence with a garden and swimming pool shared with other guests. It is located 900 m from the sea and the center, 450 m from the Sestri Levante train station and services. It is suitable for families with children and couples who want to relax in a quiet, cozy, fully fenced environment. Next to it, there is a sports center with paddle tennis, tennis, and five-a-side football courts (for a fee), and racket rental. Relax Home consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people (size 140 x 190 cm; mattress height 18 cm), double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and all appliances for a comfortable vacation (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, gas stove,) and a dining table for 4 or 6 people. In the bedroom you will find a large wardrobe, a ceiling fan, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer. In the living room you will find a 32-inch smart TV with digital satellite from which you can watch numerous international channels. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided based on the number of guests booked and are included in the price. Heating in the winter months is independent. No private parking. The swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Closed on Wednesdays. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The swimming pool and park are shared with the other guests of the residence. Other things to note The tourist accommodation tax is included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
