A deposit of €350 will be required upon arrival (check, cash). No extra cleaning fee. However, please return the place as clean as you found it. You will be in the Gâtinais Regional Park quite south of the Paris region 4kms from the Loiret only. The GR 655 runs along the south side of the cottage. Located 75kms from Paris, 90kms from Disneyland Paris, 35kms from Fontainebleau, this small peaceful cottage is ideal for holidays for families or groups of friends. The space Minimum rental of 30 nights. Small cottage of 63m2 that can accommodate up to 5 people maximum. It is composed of an open kitchen, living room, bathroom with toilet and two bedrooms. You will have access to an adjoining garage and an attic with a table tennis table accessible by an outside staircase. You will find two small gardens on each side of the gite. Bed and bath linen are provided (€7/person included in the final price). Shower gel, shampoo, soap are at your disposal. Guest access Access to the entire place, the two gardens, the garage, and the attic. The courtyard is common to the family farm where a former woman lives, right in front of your cottage. We're on a grain farm. You can hear tractors and other gear in the courtyard or in the silo just behind the cottage.
