Cottage by the lake

Enjoy a memorable stay in this unique place. The space Atmospheric cottage in Vihdi on the shore of Lake Salmijärvi. Close to Nuuksio. The perfect retreat to relax and enjoy nature. In July-August, there are cyanobacteria in the lake. The cottage has a well-equipped small kitchen, bedroom, study/bedroom and living room with a beautiful view. The fireplace provides warmth and atmosphere. Outside, there is a terrace that is partially covered. The cottage is on a hill. From the terrace, there are long stairs down to the beach. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is a separate sauna building on the beach with a wood-fired stove and washing facilities. The sauna gets cold water from its own well, which is heated in a pot, not a shower. The dressing room of the beach sauna has a sofa that can be spread out to sleep 1 person well, if necessary 2 people. The cottage sleeps 4-5 people. The second bedroom has a double bed that can be converted into two separate beds, the study has a sofa bed (180cm x 108cm) that sleeps 1 small adult or two children. In addition, the sofa can accommodate one person to sleep. The study also has an air mattress that can sleep 1 person. The cottage has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, TV, grill, electric sausage smoker and air heat pump. In the courtyard of the cottage there is an outdoor toilet (wooden toilet). There's a rowboat and life jackets on the beach. Guests must bring their own towels, tablecloths and bed linen (blankets and pillows are available for six, one of the blankets is double wide). If necessary, ask for bed linen and towels for a fee (€30/person). If the final cleaning is not done, we will call the cleaner on duty and charge €400 for it. Pre-ordered cleaning costs €150.
