Guest access INTERIOR use of the house: First of all, I want you to know that the rest of the house, that is, the interior, is available for your use 100%, without restrictions. Feel free to enjoy all the amenities we offer inside. EXTERIOR use of the house 1. If you wish to use the outdoor facilities, such as our patio, please contact me directly to discuss its use and the associated additional cost. 2. Our patio has two garages, a barbecue area, two bathrooms, a sink, a minibar, a table with 8 chairs and 6 additional chairs. 3. It is imperative to reach an agreement in advance to make use of these areas. This is because the patio is our pet's home, and I need to make sure I can properly shelter the dog during your visit. 4. For safety reasons for both our dog and you, it is important that you DO NOT access the patio without my prior consent and an established agreement.
