Spacious Happy Valley Getaway

Gather your crew on a PSU football weekend with lots of space for fun! Only 4.5 miles from the stadium. Easily sleeps 10 people with room for 12. 4 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. Features a large living/dining room, beautiful back deck, and a fire pit. The spacious lower level has a pool/ping pong table and wide open space for relaxing and extra sleeping space if needed. You'll love the peaceful neighborhood in close proximity to restaurants and stores to prep for your perfect tailgate. The space We have 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (1 connected to the master bedroom), and a large basement. There is a futon in the basement that can sleep 2 people. In addition, we can provide a double air mattress to sleep 2 more people. There is plenty of room to set this up in the basement or in the room with bunk beds. There is space for 2 cars in the driveway, and you could likely fit a 3rd or even a 4th car in if they were small. The garage will be closed and unavailable. There is no street parking overnight. You're welcome to park up to 2 cars in the overflow parking across the street from the house, but we can't guarantee that there will always be spaces available. Other things to note Please note that this is our primary home and thus most of the closets and all of the dressers are considered private. We do have a dog who lives here with us, though she will obviously be out of the house during your stay. It is our goal to keep the home as clean as possible, but if anyone in your party has a severe dog allergy, this may not be the best fit. *Pack & Play, air mattress, and basement futon available upon request. We would love to have everything set up that you need! *We are located on a bus route in case you don't want to drive on campus or downtown.
