Cozy modern house with garden

Stylish house at a very low price. A small garden to let loose with the kids and eat outside. The house is very well looked after as we have cleaning staff - the oven, the stove (modern with induction) fridge etc. There is a natural but open seperation between the lounge/sofa area and the dining area with soft chairs, and in the corner you will find a very comfortable chair, for one to sit for himself. The bedrooms including the basement bedroom are nice and simple, and so is the bathroom. The space 2 bedrooms upstairs. lounge and livingroom with kitchen on ground floor with access to garden. Toilet and 3rd bedroom with walk-in closet on ground floor in front of the main entrance. Note there is a small staircase from the floor level with toilet and room and the floor level with livingroom. The 4th bedroom is a basement bedroom. In the basement you also find the washing room. There is access to the garden from the basement bedroom as well. Free parking at the house for several cars. Very good wifi. Other things to note Right in front of tram which goes to downtown Odense, or the other way towards the university and hospital. Also right in front of nice mall and plenty of shops for all you could need, and a huge supermarket called Bilka. Plenty of green areas and playgrounds if you go the other way. Many families with kids in the area. Possibility to have cleaning lady come over at extra charge. When you leave, as long as you make sure the things are more or less the same locations as when you arrive, we are satisfied.
