Sleeps up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms (plus 10 extra sleeping spaces) The space The group cottage includes the character room for 30 people with professional kitchen and dishes, the themed rooms up to 15 beds divided into 5 bedrooms. You also have access to the enclosed countryside park and courtyard to enjoy the exteriors. Free wifi access, free private parking. No parties. Family and friendly gatherings only. Sleeping arrangements (sleeps 16): - 1 bedroom on the ground floor for 5 people: 2 double beds (140 cm) and 1 single bed + full bathroom, sheets provided. - 4 bedrooms upstairs: - 1 bedroom for 4 people: double bed 140 and 2 single beds + full bathroom - 1 bedroom for 3 people: double bed 140 and 1 single bed + toilet and sink - 1 bedroom for 2 people: 140 double bed + full bathroom - 1 bedroom for 2 people: 140 double bed + full bathroom. Possibility to add 10 beds at extra cost (divided into 2 duplex apartments and 1 independent cottage, i.e. 4 additional bedrooms, contact us). Linens provided and beds made in 4 bedrooms, linens placed on beds in the last. Towels and tea towels not provided. Pets are not allowed. No tobacco or e-cigarettes inside. Cleaning to be done at the end of the stay (cleaning option is possible at extra cost).
