Temporary living! Incredibly beautifully located, freshly renovated in the heart of Landsberg am Lech, this duplex apartment with open original old roof beams is truly unique! Let yourself be enchanted! The space Right in the middle of things instead of just being there! Quietly located, but still centrally located in a small historical complex with only 3 apartments, in the middle of the old town of the beautiful town of Landsberg am Lech, this sunny apartment is located on the 3rd floor (attic - not barrier-free). Renovated with a lot of love and our own commitment from our entire family, we have made everything possible there so that you will feel comfortable in your new temporary home. The great apartment is rented for a limited period of time for residential purposes - for the duration of your project in Landsberg, or until you have found your own cozy apartment after your move here. You won't want for anything here. In the living/dining area, a great wooden dining table invites you to linger. On the stylish comfortable sofa you can spend many relaxing hours, reading, watching TV or taking a nap. Unfolded, it becomes a wonderful sofa bed with a real mattress. Here you or your children can sleep comfortably as in a real bed. The windows go directly to one of the more famous old town streets, but the apartment is still surprisingly quiet. The modernized kitchenette is very well equipped and offers a Delonghi portafilter coffee machine, an espresso maker, a small dishwasher, an oven, 4 hotplates and a spacious fridge with freezer. Next to the entrance area with its extraordinary wardrobe you will find the small but modern daylight shower room and a storage room. Stairs go up under the roof into the wonderfully open gallery area, where your workplace and a children's play corner are located. From there, you can also reach the bright and modern bedroom. Of course, you have a WiFi connection in our apartment, so you can read emails or stream a movie at the cozy dining table. Alternatively, our small library with exciting reading material is at your disposal. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults with 2 children and is rented including bed linen, towels and dry towels – you don't have to worry about anything. In addition, a travel cot for toddlers can be booked at an additional cost. Landsberg is a central point just outside the Allgäu. From here you can start your tours ideally – hiking in the Allgäu, visiting the royal castles of Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau or Linderhof, a day tour by train to Munich to the concert, to Oktoberfest or to the German Museum, to the Fuggerstadt Augsburg etc., for which Landsberg is your starting point. In the street you can find everything your heart desires. Right next door is a wonderful little cafe with delicious cappuccino, a large selection of breakfast and dinner. Opposite is a fruit and vegetable store with a small supermarket selection if you prefer to eat fresh. Further down the street you will find various bakeries and other restaurants. Enjoy an ice cream in one of the numerous ice cream parlors, admire the unique architecture of this wonderful town, or visit the wildlife park with your children. The Lech is also “right around the corner” everywhere and within walking distance. Pure relaxation! For your purchases, the nearest supermarket is the "Netto" in Augsburger Str. 6, in addition there is also an Edeka, Feneberg, Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland etc. in Landsberg. Please observe the rules of waste separation on site. There is a residual waste bin, a yellow bin for plastic waste, a paper bin and an organic bin. You can park on the street with a ticket, in the nearby parking areas (Parkgarage Landsberg, Parkplatz Stadtwerke Landsberg, Parkplatz Infanterieplatz,...) or in the parking lot "Waitzinger Wiese" (about 800 m), where it is cheaper.
