Each room is equipped with: Bed: - A comfortable double bed with quality mattress and bed linen make for a great night's sleep. Soft pillows and blankets add to the coziness and create an atmosphere of relaxation. Furniture: - Shelves and nightstands are provided in the room for easy storage of personal belongings and luggage. Technical amenities: - The room has a modern TV and free Wi-Fi, allowing guests to stay connected and enjoy entertainment programs, a kettle with a tea and coffee set. Climate control: - Air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature at any time of the year, allowing guests to adjust the climate as they wish. Bathroom: - Each room has a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with the necessary toiletries such as soap, shampoo and towels, ensuring comfort and convenience. Loud conversations, music, and parties can be disruptive to those around you. - Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and public areas. – Guests are required to keep their rooms clean. In case of need of cleaning, the staff should be contacted. - It is forbidden to take items from the mini-hotel (towels, dishes, etc.). - It is necessary to lock the door of the numbers. - In the event of an emergency (fire, flooding, etc.), the staff should be informed immediately. - Visiting unauthorized persons in the rooms must be agreed with the management office. - Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel property that occurred through their fault. In such cases, a deposit may be retained. - In the common areas (kitchen, living room, etc.) guests are required to leave them in order after use. - Pets are allowed (small dogs, cats are not allowed), which are well mannered and do not harm the property.
