The living room has a sectional sofa, coffee table, end table and a leather chair. It is adjacent to the dining room and receives plenty of natural light from the sliding-glass door in that room. The dining room has six comfortable chairs and table. All rooms receive ample sunlight from a skylight and numerous large windows that over look the golf course and mountain range. The adjoining kitchen offers cooks plenty of space to create delicious meals. The kitchen is fully stocked. The condo also has a washer and dryer. No visible trash containers – unless pickup day. (Note: No problem to comply as there are two large dumpsters within a short distance of this home.) NOISE: Whether day or night, an appropriate noise level should be maintained for a residential neighborhood. No loud talking, sound devices, and/or musical instruments outside rental property. USE OF OUTDOOR AMENITIES/ACTIVITIES THAT CREATE NOISE IS PROHIBITED FROM 10 PM TO 8AM. NO OUTDOOR MUSIC SHALL BE USED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Please dispose cigarettes into a plastic bag and put it in the outdoor trash can. If above is not maintained, we will charge $150 special cleaning fee. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. CHECKING OUT: Please check out of our rental by 11:00AM. By checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest as the cleaning team is scheduled to arrives. For any late check out, we will reserve the right to charge $200 if exceed 30 minutes and half day rate if exceed one hour. • Check in time 4:00PM •Check out time 11:00AM - EARLY CHECK-IN/ LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked. Consequently, we cannot provide refunds or cancelations due to unforeseen circumstances. We prioritize the safety of our guests and will promptly address any potentially hazardous situations.
