The only neighbors you will see are deer and blue herons. The property is close to Ocean City MD beaches and Assateague State and National Parks (beaches), home of wild horses that roam the beach. The apartment offers garage parking. The space The property has a sitting area, king size bed, private bathroom, and eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The property is private, there is a view of the marsh and Manklin Creek from the apartment's windows. Guest access The guests will have full use of the carriage house, including the garage. Guests will need to park in the garage to avoid blocking the driveway. Other things to note We do not allow smoking of any kind, including vaping inside the unit or within 25 ft of the doors. Due to guests with allergies, we do not allow pets. There are 5 pools, 4 within the development and one on 49th St. in Ocean City, a fee is required to use the pools.
