Feel free to ask our team any question about the Boat and we will do our best to answer. Other things to note There is not a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a coin operated communal laundry room on the bottom floor of the building. Per the cities laws on maximum guest count, infants must be included in the total guest count and are charged the same rate as adults. Any additional guests not on the reservation will be charged $50 per person, per night. We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever. Animals are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations and due to pet allergies. We do not have mail services to the condo. Long term rentals must set up a local P.O. Box.
