Located in Marais Poitevin. 40 minutes from La Rochelle; Niort and La Roche sur Yon. Located 30 minutes from Aiguillon-sur-Mer. 1 hour to Puy du Fou. Close to highway exit. Possibility for 4 people. Shared garden. Animals kept on a leash and tolerant of the presence of our cats. Close to the town of Fontenay-le-Compte. Note: small staircase for access so not suitable for people with disabilities. Guest access House independent of ours. Studio upstairs. Shared front garden but I'm more often in the back garden. Parking is available in front of the house.
