The apartment is steps away from a pharmacy, parking garage, various restaurant chains, and the beach is less than a two minute walk. Power outages are common in PR because of the rebuilding of the electrical grid. NO refunds will be issued. Guest access Guest will need to identify themselves with the apartment's security and will have the keys inside the apartment once they arrive.
