Cozy house in very popular Själsö. The location of the accommodation is scenic and relatively secluded. Limited sea views are available from parts of the large property. Själsö fishing village is only a 10-minute walk from the house. There are great opportunities to swim and buy fresh fish in the fish shop. Popular Själsö Bakery is also 10 minutes from the property. Buy your breakfast bread and bring it home or why not have breakfast at the bakery? Visby is about 8 km from the house, about 10 minutes by car. Welcome to Själsö! The space The house is about 65 sqm and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet with shower, kitchenette/hall with washing machine and kitchen and living room with open floor plan. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for all types of cooking. The patio faces south and offers sun much of the day and a bit into the evening. Guest access The whole house can be used by the guest except for one room that will be locked. Other things to note The house is situated in an elevated location and only about 50 meters from the house, fantastic sunsets over the sea can be enjoyed from the first floor! Please note that the tenant cleans up after themselves. Cleaning materials are provided by the landlord. Please note that sheets and towels are not included.
