Free parking is available on the surrounding streets. 2 extra beds available upon request The space It is a house of 60 m2 on 3 floors. On the ground floor, you will have a kitchen area with a dining area and living room - The kitchen is equipped with fridge - freezer, oven, microwave, induction hobs, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker and all the necessary utensils for cooking. - The living room has a sofa bed offering extra sleeping for 2 people upon request, for an additional charge. - A table and 5 chairs for your meals, as well as an available baby chair. - A TV, books, magazines and board games for young and old are at your disposal for your relaxing moments. On the 1st floor: A small bedroom with a double bed (140× 190) Bathroom, in a row, with shower, bathtub, towel dryer and toilet. On the second floor: A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) A bedroom with a single bed (90×190) in a row. Baby kit available: high chair, crib, baby cutlery and toilet reducer. Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost, except from July 20 to September 6, where, for stays of less than 5 nights, a supplement of €15 per bed is requested. For animals, 2 bowls are available. At the entrance of the house, a small enclosed patio allows you to store bicycles, strollers or beach games safely (the gate locks). The rooms are not large but the house is warm. The cleaning fee of €50 euros is required. To facilitate your installation, are also at your disposal upon arrival: - liquid soap, Cadum shower gel without soap, toilet paper, - dish towels, sponges, sopalin, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, - salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, mustard - a few Dolce Gusto coffee pods, some coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, powdered chocolate, - coffee filters. A bottle of cider from our local farmers is also waiting for you in the cool. Pets are allowed on request for an additional charge of €20. This place is non-smoking. Parties are not allowed. Guest access The entire property is accessible except the basement and part of the bedroom 1 closet.
