The property is quiet, in the countryside, a 10-minute walk from Lake Guerlédan, in central Brittany, 1 hour from all the Breton coasts. It consists of 3 old buildings around a courtyard and in a large wooded plot. The dwelling house and the old stable have retained their original simplicity. They can each accommodate 6 people. The living room of the stable can accommodate 12 people. The old barn is converted into a games room and bicycle storage and outdoor games. The space Residential house: on the ground floor, 1 living room with dining area and seating area, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, 1 toilet with sink Stable: 1 living room that can accommodate 12 people, upstairs 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 dormitory with 2 double beds, one of which is separated by a curtain and 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet. Both apartments have a dishwasher and 1 washing machine, a gas stove with oven and microwave, kitchen and dining utensils, internet connection and TV.
